Founded in 2025, The 2911 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Toledo, Ohio, dedicated to walking alongside single mothers and their children as they move from homelessness to healing. Through trauma-informed and relationship-based care, we provide long-term support that restores dignity, cultivates
resilience, and fosters generational stability.
Our program offers a six-phase model that integrates housing navigation, emotional wellness, parenting support, and job readiness. Rooted in lived experience and a community-centered approach, The 2911 Foundation is committed to building a safe, stable future, one mother at a time.
